Our Soft Washing Process
Many of our customers want to know the details behind our soft washing process and what occurs during their pressure washing appointment. Since we want you to know how well we treat your largest investment, here is what you can expect on the day of your service:
1. Preparing Your Home for Treatment
Adequately preparing your home is a critical piece in delivering the flawless, sparkling finish our customers have come to expect. This step lays the foundation that allows the remainder of the process to be as effective as possible. Our team will conduct a thorough inspection of your property's exterior - noting any areas of concern. We will loosen any cobwebs, dirt, grime, and debris with a soft-bristled brush. Any surrounding landscape and plants will be soaked with water to prevent them from prolonged exposure to any detergent runoff.
2. Washing Your Home
Now the fun part begins! We start with a temperature controlled, low-pressure soak followed by the application of our biodegradable soap to all exterior walls of your home. Any hard to clean areas will receive additional attention from our soft-bristled brushes to further agitate the detergent to loosen any stubborn grime. Throughout the process, any delicate landscape will receive a steady, low-pressure water wash to remove any runoff.
3. The Low-Pressure Rinse
Once the soap and brushes have done their job in effectively cleansing your home, the rinsing process begins using our low-pressure equipment. It is important that each side is rinsed separately to ensure all detergent is completely washed off and your home comes out as clean as possible. Depending on the severity of the buildup on your home, repetition of steps two and three may be necessary to completely cleanse your exterior surfaces.
4. Step Back and Enjoy the View
The final and most satisfying step is admiring your freshly cleaned home, free of all dirt, debris, mold, or mildew. Our pressure washing experts will conduct a final inspection of your property to make sure it was properly cleaned. Our job isn't done until you are 100% satisfied and we get your stamp of approval on a job well done.
